Oshawa 26 unit housing Complex- Oshawa, Ontario

Geothermal Solutions completed a housing complex in Oshawa , Ontario. 26 units required a geothermal unit that ranged in size from 2- 3 tons each. Since the hosuing units were already built and being occupied the drilling had to be done very delicately to allow tennants and unit owners to still go about their daily routines. Each unit had 2 bore holes drilled at depths that accounted for the size of the geothermal unit being installed in that unit. The depths of the bore holes ranged from 225 – 275 ft. This allowed for each individual unit to operate on a seperate loop. Geothermal Solutions provided and completed all of the drilling and excavation work and also the removal of the drill cuttings.
